We work in a team with long-standing, proven partners in the fields of architecture and urban development. On average, we own around 20-25 properties and plan them, identify the most cost-effective implementation concept, and develop a liquidity-efficient and tax-optimized financing package.

Upon request, we would be happy to develop your project for you and get the most out of your land. We can also handle the topic of exchanging land for a (penthouse) apartment professionally.

The architectural planning is tailored to the best possible use for development; attention is paid to an appealing appearance, and, of course, everything is then optimized for permitting. Several external teams support us in both planning and implementation.
